7. Security and Data ProtectionThe Company shall maintain commercially reasonable security measures to protect Users' personal data and sensitive information ("Data"). Users agree that they have the right to provide their Data to the Company for its intended purposes.

8. User Account and PasswordsUsers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including but not limited to usernames, passwords, PINs, and any other security measures implemented by the Company.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing LawAny disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Province]. Any claims must be brought within one (1) year after the date on which the cause of action arose.
